On 21st July, at 9.30 pm, with the presence of the well-known writer, journalist and screenplayer Enzo Verrengia, the solo show featuring the works of artist Colleen Corradi Brannigan was officially opened at the prestigious and suggestive location of d'Annunzio's house Museum. The 55 works of art comprising etchings, drawings, oil paintings and watercolors are all based on the analysis of Italo Calvino's "Invisible Cities", a strongly surreal book which leads the reader to think new and interesting thoughts (or feel new and interesting ways) about life, speech, communication, thought.
For the whole duration of the exhibition, the artist was available on location to explain and guide visitors throughout the show.
